Aman, the founder of the firm, is a qualified Company Secretary and has an overall experience of 5 years His core area of work includes Corporate Restructuring, handling Litigations and representing clients before various regulatory authorities including Official Liquidator, Regional Director and various Tribunal and Appellate Tribunals He is highly appreciated for his dedicated approach towards work.

Neha Mehmi

Neha is a qualified Company Secretary and Graduate in Business administration. Neha handle and manages Regulatory Compliance of our client across various industries. She has experience in the areas of Companies Act, FEMA. Her core area of work includes Advisory & Formation of Entities in India, Internal audit, Food license, Secretarial audit, Trademark, handling compliance, regulatory filings and maintenance of statutory records. She actively liaisons and coordinates with the Management of the Company, Statutory Auditors and others to meet the compliance requirements well on time.

Ravi Sachdeva

Ravi is Chartered Accountant with 10+ year of experience of serving the clients. He advises global companies on India market entry strategy, cross border transaction, compliance with RBI/FEMA, Company law and other allied laws. Over the period of time he has gained deep knowledge of various industries thereby helping foreign company in finding distributor/partner in India and setting up entity in India.

Ashish Garg

His core field of specialization is indirect taxation. Ashish has more than 6 years of experience in this field and in advising multi-national and domestic clients in cross section of industries on various indirect tax/GST tax matters for mitigating tax exposures and ensuring compliances. He also represents clients to tax authorities on matters pertaining to Goods and Service Tax.

He is an alumnus from KPMG India and leads the assurance and accounting division in the firm. He also specializes in nurturing start-ups both domestic and international in navigating the Indian business ecosystem at each level stage of the business.

Pankaj Jain

He has worked for the renowned global firm 'Ernst & Young' and 'SS Kothari Mehta & Company' in the Audit and Assurance division. He has assisted many listed and unlisted multinational companies to present their financial statement as per Indian Accounting Standard including assisting in carrying out impact analysis of first-time adoption of IND-AS, assisting in selecting accounting policies considering the historical and future business scenario.
